I am a Sales Director, and manage 200 sales people, 7 regional sales managers and 40 sales managers. I work way too much! I have been in this role for 4 years, before that I was a regional sales manager for 5 years. And I want to help others learn how to replace their stressful, overworked life with one where they are their own boss.
